You hear that siren or see the flashing lights and you KNOW they're gonna pull you over for something (that you weren't paying much attention to, like speeding or running a red light). Wouldn't it be a hoot if you could post a sign in the window, as they walk over to ask for your driver's license, suggesting that they go to the next window??
